Terms of service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Profitly, operated by Webkonsulenterne. Profitly provides ecommerce profitability reporting and connected advertising features for merchants and agencies. For questions, contact [email protected].

Your account and authority

You must be authorized to act for the business, stores and advertising accounts you connect. Keep account credentials secure, manage team access responsibly and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Agencies must have their clients’ permission to connect and manage their data.

Connected services and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information, including product costs, shipping rules, fees, taxes and order data. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide customer data and enable advertising measurement. Google and other connected services have their own terms, permissions and availability requirements.

Authorization lets Profitly access a connected service for the features described in our privacy policy. You can revoke that authorization with the provider or contact us to disconnect. Revocation does not automatically delete previously imported reports.

Reports and advertising actions

Profitly’s reports depend on available source data and your configuration. Missing, delayed or estimated costs and spend can affect results. Review important figures against your store, advertising account and accounting records. Reports are operational information, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

Profit conversion uploads require explicit enablement and configuration. Before enabling them, check your conversion actions, consent setup and other uploaders to avoid duplicate conversions. Advertising features can affect campaign measurement and bidding; they do not guarantee revenue, profit or campaign performance.

Acceptable use

Do not access accounts without permission, upload data you are not entitled to process, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not submit payment-card security codes or other sensitive information that the service does not request.

Fees and availability

Any subscription price, billing period, cancellation terms or separately agreed support commitments will be stated in your order or service agreement. These terms do not introduce a new charge. Maintenance, source-platform outages, authorization changes and integration failures may interrupt the service; uninterrupted availability is not promised.

Privacy and ownership

You retain rights to the business data you supply and authorize its processing to provide Profitly. The privacy policy explains data handling and request options. Merchant-customer processing obligations may also require a separate data processing agreement. Profitly’s software, design and brand remain with their respective owners.

Ending access

You can request account closure or integration disconnection by contacting us. We may restrict access where necessary to address unauthorized use, a security risk or a legal requirement. Applicable service agreements govern any subscription cancellation and billing consequences. Data retention and deletion are handled as described in the privacy policy.

Responsibility and changes

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and any separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes to account holders. The updated date appears above.
